The Wild Ideas steamed, sun dried vadams are made using organically grown Ragi and Red Rice. Great with soups/dips, as an appetiser and with your regular meals.
Ingredients: Ragi (Finger Millet), Red Rice, Himalayan Rock Salt, Omam Seeds (Ajwain)
How to use: Heat sufficient oil until very hot. Keep in mind that the vadams will expand in size and rise as they are fried. Slide the vadams into the oil and keep it down with the ladle so that all portions are evenly fried. Scoop it out with the ladle while draining the oil before it starts to turn brown.
